About WessexConnect
At Wessex Connect we provide bus services in the Bristol and South Gloucestshire areas. Our aim is to deliver a frequent, reliable, clean and friendly travelling environment for our customers. We also operate two Park & Ride services in Bristol, 902 Portway under contract to Bristol City Council and 903 Long Ashton under to contract to National Car Parks Ltd. We also operate the Ulink services U1, U2, U3, U4 & U5 under contract to The University of the West of England these services provide a high quality link to the UWE for students and staff.
The majority of our buses are super low floor with kneeling suspension and wheelchair areas making travel easier for everyone. The average age of our core bus fleet is around 5 years - well below the government target of 8 years.
